As 2024 comes to an end, it’s the perfect time to look back on what’s been a year of growth and change for RazorFlow. This year also marked our first full year as part of the Lumine Group, kicking off a new chapter with fresh opportunities and plenty of new ideas.
Being part of the Lumine Group, a solid organization with a growing communications and media ecosystem, has made us stronger. It enhances our ability to deliver better solutions, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional value to our clients and partners.
In 2024, we focused on refining our services to better meet the evolving needs of our clients. Through comprehensive reviews and strategic improvements, we ensured that our solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with market demands. Among the year’s highlights, we worked on a modernized, customizable interface, powered by Angular Framework and microservice architecture for improved scalability and performance. Our Common Order Management Module was expanded for Ethernet and Internet services, dynamic user-driven configuration options for order forms were introduced, and the initial version of the OSS Assistant BOT was released, enabling automation requests and responses with portal-only telecom providers.
This year also saw Razorflow represented on the global stage at two key industry events: ITW (International Telecoms Week) and GNE by MEF (Global Network Evolution). These events provided invaluable opportunities to showcase our solutions, engage with industry leaders, and stay ahead of emerging trends. Looking ahead to the new year, we’re excited to expand our presence at more industry events, deepening connections, fostering collaborations, and sharing our vision with a global audience.
Our team also experienced some changes in 2024 and we’re happy to welcome Aleksandra as our new Finance Director and Teresa Batista as our Head of Marketing. With a strong management team in place, we’re well-equipped to continue developing top-quality products.
