Our History
The foundational elements of RazorFlow are from the late 90’s and early 2000’s, and we have been innovators in the telecommunications ordering and invoice transformation spaces. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include comprehensive wholesale telecommunications expense management, inventory intelligence and the creation of the industry’s first and only Network Commerce Platform. In late 2023, as the Lumine Group acquired these assets from Synchronoss Technologies, RazorFlow was created, and a new journey has begun.

We are a truly global company with offices located in the United States, Portugal, Italy and India. We serve clients globally, with over 40 telecommunications operators and partners. Our headquarters are in Wilmington, Delaware in the United States.
