RazorFlow: 2025 in Review

As 2025 comes to a close, we look back on a year of growth and collaboration at RazorFlow. This year, we continued to strengthen our industry footprint, engage more closely with customers, and foster a workplace culture that encourages innovation and creativity. 

 

In 2025, we completed the transformation of ExpenseNX Cost Analytics into a modern, microservices-based platform with an enhanced user interface. Customer feedback has been positive and is guiding further improvements to increase value and adoption. Within ConnectNX, our focus remained on automation, efficiency, and key technology upgrades aligned with industry standards, strengthening scalability and reliability.  

Innovation continued to be a central theme throughout the year. We reviewed the design of the Capture module, identifying opportunities to introduce AI-driven capabilities. The insights and learnings from this initiative lay the groundwork for future enhancements across ExpenseNX and ConnectNX. 

In 2025, we expanded our presence in the global telecom community. For the first time, we sponsored MWC in Barcelona, representing the Lumine Group alongside our sister companies. We also participated in ITW, the INCOMPAS Show, and once again sponsored GNE by Mplify, connecting with partners, peers, and thought leaders across the industry. Looking ahead, we plan to increase our presence in European events, creating more opportunities to engage and showcase RazorFlow’s solutions. 

To strengthen connections with our customers and the broader telecom community, we launched quarterly webinars this year. These sessions covered current industry topics, encouraged open discussions, and featured direct customer participation. We’re excited to continue this initiative in 2026. 

Our team continues to be at the core of everything we do. One of the highlights was Innovation Jam 2025, a full-day event where colleagues collaborated across teams to explore new ideas and propose improvements for RazorFlow’s future. During the event, we also honored our Employees of the Year and recognized the teams whose contributions demonstrated more creativity, dedication, and impact. 

Entering 2026, we are motivated by the progress made this year and focused on the opportunities ahead. With an expanded industry presence, deeper customer engagement, and a culture that encourages innovation, we are well-positioned to continue delivering value to our clients, partners, and the broader telecom ecosystem.
